      Issue description

      ch02s09 -> Creating Custom Storage Class from the Command Line -> CephBlockPool

      Why are .spec.erasureCoded.codingChunks and .spec.erasureCoded.dataChunks defined, when we create a replicated pool ?

      We never specify EC profiles if we create a replicated pool. If we create a replicated pool, then size is not set., because it's a result of k+m.

      Also, how come we are not defining a rule and referring to the rule in the pool creation ?
