      Issue description

      Delegate Mark Weiss working on labs with external keyboard (German) and not able to type characters. Both  physical keyboard(external) and virtual keyboard are not synced .Need German layout of keyboard for the learner. 

      Kindly check and help asap as this is ongoing VT.
