      Issue description

      in the example of the configmap definition item 3 states that the key binaryData "Points to an encoded file in base64 that contains non-UTF-8 data, for example, a binary Java keystore file. Place a key followed by the encoded file". In this example it is the file name that is encoded (/root/100) and the example in the exercise encodes the content of the file. if both techniques are allowed it should be made clear or
