Issue description

item 2.2 oc api-resources --namespaced -o name | wc -l gives an answer of 122 not 123. the prior command used oc api-resources --namespaced |wc -l will result in 123 due to the header line however. The comment that follows "The cluster has 123 namespaced cluster resource types" should be changed

The same thing happens in 2.3 where the number should be 129 and not 130
