RH415-9.2 : ch08s06 lab fails if it’s run in the same environment after completing ch03s04

      Issue description

      The lab "Auditing the SELinux Policy" fails at starting the httpd service after doing the lab "Automating Storage Device Decryption with NBDE" in the same continuing lab because of the context for port "80" labelled as "tangd_port_t".
      If you do the "Auditing the SELinux Policy" lab in a new environment it doesn't fail.
