 ** The presenter seems unnaturally overmotivated — almost as if powered by some mysterious stimulant. I honestly miss the calm, relaxed training videos where I could actually learn something. A video training should not be a show or a circus arcade; it should be a slow, deliberate, and calm transfer of knowledge by someone who has genuinely lived, experienced, and thoroughly processed that knowledge. This overly enthusiastic style is more off-putting than engaging.
