Issue description

During testing, I was initially unable to reproduce the reported issue. However, after a couple of attempts to simulate it, I re-edited the /etc/login.defs file as per step 2.1. At this point, the lab grade users-review check started failing.

I noticed this issue was also discussed on RHLC. After simulating the problem, I created a workaround after it's working fine
