RH199v9.3:ch05s06 : config file for httpd wants to run it as the apache user and group, but that user and group are not on the server.

      Issue description:  Last couple of labs involve running httpd. The config file for httpd wants to run it as the apache user and group, but that user and group are not on the server. I have had to comment out that line in the config file to just run httpd as root.
