Lab instructions omit version tag for http-client, but grading and solution requires it

      Issue description

      In the RHCSA Comprehensive Review 4 lab, the instructions to build the http-client image only specify the image name (http-client). They do not mention a version tag.

      However, the grading system explicitly verifies that http-app01 is created from http-client:9.0

      If learners build the image as {{http-client:latest }} the grading check fails even though their work matches the written instructions.
