AWS credentials not generated in CS221 course

      Issue description:  User has EX229 exam scheduled on 25th September, and he is trying to access CS221 course, However the AWS credentials are not generating after waiting for more than 30 minutes, and also we have tried by re-provision the lab, still issue persists.
       
      Please look into this on priority.
