Issue description

All of the student guides I have got for do288 have the same release date of 20250731. When I try and select a version in Jira the date shown is 20250912 for the recent version (which makes more sense)

In addition to that at least one of the slides in the student guide has changed in this release and that graphic is used in the slide deck so I would expect the slide deck to be updated at the same time as the new version of the student guide is issued - otherwise there is a mismatch between the slide deck and the student guide until the slide deck is updated
