      Issue description

      in item 2.3 of the GE oc get pods shows the build still running when the app pod is already running - it should instead be a completed state 

      In the same item the app pod is shown as users-db-1-zp....  the 1  implies it was created from a DC and not a deployment which is incorrect and is therefore confusing
