Issue description

section 4.1 figure 15 does not follow normal flowchart conventions

• the two boxes 'incremental build?' are indeed questions so should be shown as diamonds and not rectangles
• the boxes  'run save artifacts script' and 'run assembly script' should be changed to reinforce the script names, i.e. to 'Run save-artifacts script' and 'Run assemble script'
