Issue description: RHA instructors shared a feedback about how grading script at present does not give any useful hint or clue when learners face any errors or lab grading failure.

I think this is an important feedback because grading failure hints can help learners especially RHA learners to find their misconfigurations and correct them. In a production scenario too - I think you get useful hints/ clues in the logs to identify misconfigurations and bottlenecks. Not sure how much it can be incorporated here in our courses but seems it can be improved. The feedback is general in nature but most of the time in RHA forums it has an underlying ocntext of RHCSA courses.
