wait.sh giving Warning/error while sync check

      Issue description

      Wait.sh is giving this error as:

      Lock file NOT detected: /.etcd-migration-ocp4. Etcd migration NOT completed

      Observed in most of the v4.18 courses.

      Steps to reproduce:

      run wait.sh and wait till Machine config operator changes applied.

      No issues in running lab command though.

      Workaround:
