Issue description

In 'Topology view' figure 7 shows a single deployment in an application called sample-app. The description in the student guide however states "this project contains two deployment configurations: one for a postgresql database and another for a node.js application. Because the node.js deployment configuration has an associated build configuration....."

1. They are deployments and not deployment configurations
2. There is only one deployment shown in the graphic, i.e. the database deployment is missing
