Issue description

Made a mistake on step 3.1 when modifying  ~/custom-manage.yml

missed to modify the service_name key , instead added heat:

Step 6 does not show any running pods for 'heat' service.

tried to re-attempt the exercise by running finish script and starting over. It will not allow. 

doing step 3.1 again , this time adding removing service_name to add 'heat'

A manual error while editing  ~/custom-manage.yml resulted in no heat pods running.
Re-attempting the lab was also not successful.
