Description: DO188 - Lab: Troubleshooting Containers chapter 6. I opened the issue time ago but it is still uncorrected. Either specifying QUOTES_API_VERSION=v1 or v2 in quotes-ui container, from the web browser http://localhost:3000 shows the same page (ending with Plutharch) while http://quotes-api-v1:8080/api/v1/quotes is different from http://quotes-api-v2:8081/api/v2/quotes
