Lab step refers to a CR in a previous step that isn't there

      Issue description

      Step 3.1 asks the learner to review the CR retrieved in the previous step, however the previous step uses oc describe and not oc get ... -o yaml.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Follow Steps 2 and 3.

      Workaround:

      Use oc get ... -o yaml instead.

      Expected result:
