Lab Start script not working for AI267 version 2.13

      Issue description

      In Chapter 2 Section 2, the Lab Start script is not working for the EMEA region lab. But working fine in the APAC region lab.

      Tried multiple times in the  EMEA region by re-provisioning the lab, but the lab script is not working.
