As per the user : 

About a week ago, my cluster was deleted due to an upgrade of the underlying hardware (according to the message displayed). Since then, I have rebuilt my lab environment, but I have been unable to start or finish a lab properly, as Masters 201–203 seem to be broken. When I try to connect, I receive an API error message including "EOF."

I have already rebuilt the cluster twice, but the problem persists, and I have lost around 6 hours of lab time because of this. I don’t want to sound petty, but the lab time is very valuable to me. I am planning to take all five exams, so I need to ensure that I have enough time available for preparation.
