      Issue description

      as observed by internal user,  RH134-9.3 Feedback: Without removing the console parameters from the GRUB , it is not possible to reset the root password, you need to remove at least one console parameter....

      Although this is shown in the GE  https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/courses/rh134-9.3/pages/ch10s04, the same has not been elaborated on under the lecture section ch10s03.
