 rh0020l-10.0 + Chapter 11 Controlling Access to Files, 
instruction 3 says: Verify that users in the techdocs group can create and collaborate on files in the /home/techdocs directory. In the solution there is no verification of the named directory. The file inside the directory is changed to be owner by the techdocs group in step 3.3, but the instruction was to make "files" not a "file" create and collaboratable. Therefore its not the file techdoc1.txt but rather the directory that should be chown to the techdocs ** group.
