Issue description

After accessing the course in the role portal, I tried to claim the ebook on bookshelf but it fails with the message: 

Cannot claim book: This book is not available as part of your subscription

Steps to reproduce:

1. Access rol.redhat.com
2. Open the DO430 course
3. Click on the button "Access Bookshelf" 
4. Click on "claim"

Workaround:

use the html version

Expected result:

claim the book on bookshelf
