      Issue description

      When triggering first command before the lab start:
      lab install ad0004l

      Received response is:

      Error: ⚠️  Installation blocked: Course 'ad0004l' is not part of this course curriculum.

      The course package 'ad0004l' is not defined in the lab manifest for this course.
      This prevents installing packages that don't belong to the current course.

      Options:
      1. Verify the course SKU is correct
      2. Check if you're in the right course environment.

      Tested on a fresh lab environment.
