      Issue description  Why doesn't the classroom model this practice?  If Red Hat seriously wants to encourage this security feature, we should embed that in the classes.  We also need to mention in chapter 12 that before File System repairs can be made at boot time, they would have to create a root account by assigning it a password, otherwise they would not be able to get to the rescue target or the emergency target.
