Issue description:  Seems out of position in the curriculum, and speaking at least for myself, I have never felt adequate with this topic.  I can't learn how important it is or the background to explain unless I should at some time have to walk through some of the workflows that an admin has to complete for registering.  I have linked my subscription to classroom vms at times to demo how to do this, and to demo Insights; but there must be a lot more about this topic that I fail to appreciate, and I would love to know.  I can't judge right now what is important to talk about or what is mostly irrelevant.  Doesn't simple content access make this topic less necessary?
