Issue description
lab creation failed if we go through all labs following exactly the lab instructions.
Steps to reproduce:
If we create the all labs following the lab instructions then ch08s07 and ch10s07 will fail.
Issue cannot be reproduce if we create a fresh one.
Workaround:
Expected result:
Lab will create successful
