      Issue description

This is a bug that happened to one of my students and I couldn't figure it out why the IS were not created.

Basically, only the RHEL8 and RHEL9 image streams from registry.ocp4.example.com8443/containerdisks repo were loaded into the student's machine. The other one (centos-stream:9 that is used on chapter 6) was not.

Alternatively create the VMs on the OADP chapter with RHEL9 VMs instead of CentOS Stream ones.

This might leave instructors (and students) without the possibility to deploy VMs from chapter 2.

It is important to check on each of these GEs from chapter 2 onwards whether the Image Streams needed by the course were created or not on the openshift-virtualization-os-images. Otherwise students will be stranded waiting for a VM to be provisioned. As long as the DataSource cannot be created due to the lack of the underlying Image Stream the VMs will not show up.
