RH403-6.15 ch13s06 grade script not working properly

      Issue description

      Student reported that even strictly followed the instruction of the lab still he is not able to pass the lab grade script. The lab grade script will always return "fail" for "Verify GPG key is installed" and "Verify RPM package is signed".

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create and run the environment
      2. Follow the instructions to finish the lab

      Workaround:

      No workaround

      Expected result:

      Lab script return "pass".
