      Issue description

Describe System Log Arch, page 22; The existing text states the following: "By default, this journal is stored on a file system that does not persist across reboots." This is incorrect information as of RHEL7+ the journal is stored in /var/log/journal which is persistent. It is only if the journal is stored on /run/log/journal that the journal is not presistent across reboots. Please consider updating the material.
