      Issue description

      The lab grade script if failing. Colleague from APAC region got successful result when retriggering the 'lab grade <ge>' command. However for me in EMEA region the issue persisted.

      Learner reported facing issues with hard and soft link creation, however when I tested I faced Fail for longlisting.txt verification.
