      Issue description

Currently this GE doesn't have a lab script. Step 5 onward, there is nothing to break Apache to be able to run this scenario.

Registration is another issue. I gave a personal activation key to students to be able to register there machines. But this is not ideal. DLEs were supposed to provide a dedicated key under their account that they have automated cleanups for. The exercise doesn't have those details provided. It still says to run a video, which I don't even know where I could find, if I actually wanted to play for my students.

Also, the /etc/rhsm/rhsm.conf file on servera has the wrong hostname. We need a way to reset this to subscription.rhsm.redhat.com otherwise registration attempts will always fail. This could be incorporated into the dynlabs start/finish script.
