Issue description
For me, that I was almost completely unaffiliated to AWS, took me a while to understand how to login into the aws console.
Step 3.1 shows us a plain https://console.aws.amazon.com, but with the details from the Lab Environment it's not possible to login, the account ID is "missing".
I would add an explanation for those students using the lab environment to go to the URL from the Lab Environment panel that already contains the account ID.
