Issue description

If you run the finish script and the start the exercise again, when you get to step 5 and 6 and run userad commands on serverd you get a message about home directly exits, skipping skel.

The finish playbook needs the remove: true option added to the task which removes the linux users on serverd (probably servera too)

Steps to reproduce:

Complete all the steps for the GE including the finish script.

Start the GE again. You will see the message when you get to step 5.

Workaround:

The GE still works, it just as an extra message that the students see.
