Issue description:  feedback from a learner for cast feature like we have in DO180 video course :

Would it be possible to add a cast feature to the course video player?

My laptop screen is fairly small, and it’s a bit inconvenient to keep switching between the video lessons and the lab console while trying to follow along. On top of that, the built-in laptop speakers aren’t what they used to be or at least pale in sound quality compared to my TV

If casting were supported (to a smart TV or Chromecast, for example), it would make a big difference. Being able to watch the course content on a larger screen with better audio while using the laptop solely for lab work would create a much smoother and more efficient learning experience.
