      Issue description

OpenShift Logging on AWS has changed to 6.0, which breaks backward compatibility with the existing resources used by the book, like CLusterLogForwarder and ClusterLogging (relies on 5.x releases). The APIversion for 6.x is now observability.openshift .io/v1 instead of logging.openshift.io/v1. New fields are included so the existing resources fail to deploy.

      Steps to reproduce:

Ddeploy the openshift-logging operator using the default values. The old stack is not installed. When deploying ClusterLogForwarder or ClusterLogging resources into ROSA the CLI complains that it cannot find the associated CRD.

      Workaround:

Change OpenShift Logging version from 6.x to 5.x
