Issue description
For RH358 v9.4 course in China-ROL platform, The lab command cannot be use.
Even I try to execute below command from the lab terminal:
source ~/.venv/labs/bin/activate; pip install rht-labs-rh358 --index-url=https://pypi.apps.tools-apac152.prod.ole.redhat.com/repository/labs-proxy/simple/
And I checked our nexus repository there is no rh358 related course package.
Kindly check and update

Workaround:
Expected result:
We can use lab command and do GE.
