[RH415] Exercises on chapter 11 cannot be fully executed

      Issue description

      Due to https://access.redhat.com/solutions/7024901 the exercises on chapter 11 cannot be performed. They fail when we try to scan the host.

      Steps to reproduce:

      start any exercise

      Workaround:

      Update the host to a newer RHEL version (9.5).

      Expected result:

      Finish the exercises without having to update the hosts using a subscription.
