AWS CLI deployed on the Bastion machine is outdated and fails to run aws amp command line on GE Configure User Workload Monitoring with AWS Managed Service for Prometheus

      Issue description

      Configure User Workload Monitoring with AWS Managed Service for Prometheus GE runs on step 7.1 aws amp. This command line does not work on the bastion EC2 instance as it is an outdated version. It only runs on a new version of aws that is only deployed on the student's workstation

      Workaround:

      Update aws cli on the EC2 bastion machine
