Clearly state on the steps that students are supposed to capture a specific string

      Issue description

      On CS221 and CS220, there are multiple spots on the book that suggests students to run an aws command line, but it doesn't state that they are supposed to capture them to use in a later moment.. As some students are hitting CTRL+C (instead of q, as expected by the less command used by aws CLI) prompt does not output anything typed, and it closes the display, the string will be gone and students will lose any work done so far.

      Suggestion: generate the values as stated on ROL_ARN=(aws iam xxxx )
