Issue description

Neither CS220 or CS221 provisions an AWS account on both VT-Labs and Self Paced envs.

Steps to reproduce:

Create on rol.redhat.com a CS220/CS221 environment. No information on AWS accounts are provided.

Workaround:

No workaround possible

Unless there were changes into our self paced delivery on AWS courses, this is a blocker if you don't have a Red Hat account on demo.redhat.com. 

Expected result:

A table with all information needed to connect to AWS is provided
