      Issue description

      Instructor reported that they are not able to see the option to download PDF (screenshot attached) for their class.

      From the Lerner Management System view it is set correctly. Please note that they are able to access the ebook on the bookshelf fine and they are able to only Turn on 'Available Offline' access and 'Download as EPUB'.
