      Issue description

       

      There are translation errors in french for the course RH124 version 9.3:

      ch05s02 => Quiz Q2 & Q3 & Q6 & Q7 suggest "| fichier tee" as an answer but it's a miss-translation, the right suggestion should be "| tee fichier"

      ch07s02 => Quiz instruction shows (hexadecimal numeric entity) HTML code in french version instead of bullet(“•”) (&#x2022 ; L’utilisateur  vs . The user)
