Issue description

Cannot start lab identity-federation on the do313 course
Exercise URL is https://rol.redhat.com/rol/app/courses/do313-7.6/pages/ch04s02.
When starting the lab with the command lab start identity-federation I get the following error :
FAIL Ensure IdM is working and create a user

• Playbook failed: start-identity-federation.yaml
• idm: Check if the jsmith user exists: non-zero return code
• idm: Create IdM user if it does not exist: non-zero return code
• Cannot continue starting lab
  An error has occurred. Check the logs for more details

Steps to reproduce:

Run lab start command in Chapter 4,  lab start identity-federation 

Workaround:

Expected result: Script not successfull.
