      Issue description:

       ** Instruction from the step 2.3 do not match UI in RHOAI v2.13. I selected DataScienceProjects->rhoai-singlemodel->Models (tab) but I don't see "Single-model serving platform" rather:
      "Multi-model serving enabled" together with "start by adding a model server". I couldn't figure it out why, maybe is lab script. Unfortunately this makes sections 2-5 impossible to complete.
