Issue description

Lab script for this lab exercise only grades PASS when the disk is attached at step 2 and Step 5, when the VM2 is running as a (Persistent Hotplug), and when we attach the disk after stopping the VM2, which is to accomplish the same task, the lab grade script fails. So the concern is why the lab grade fails when there is no specification in the Lab exercise, which the type of attachments that have to be made. (whether Persistent Hotplug or no label)

Steps to reproduce:

Try attaching the PVC when the VM2 is in the stopped state and start it, and run the lab grade command Step 5.

Expected result:

The lab script must run PASS in all the ways we accomplish the task unless it's specified in the course content / exercise.
