Issue description

Steps 2.2 - 2.5 If we used oc get osdpns openstack-data-plane -o yaml (instead of oc describe), we could use yq to limit the output to the section that we want.

Step 3 What are we looking for here?  What does this add in our journey to enlightenment?  Is this to just see the IP addresses (which we've done before)?  Why are we showing the storage network attachment definition (especially when we shows the ctlplane network attachment in step 2.2!).  Also, the network attachment definition doesn't even match the IP addresses we are using for the compute nodes, so it is clearly meant for something else.
