More explanation needed for oc rsh -c

      Issue description

      ch04s04 GE step 3.3 shows:

      oc rsh -c cinder-api cinder-api-0

      ...but there is no explanation about why we need to use the `-c` option this time but not in step 2.5.  It is worth adding some content to the lecture material and a note here.  In fact, it is interesting to see what happens when you don't include -c.
