      Issue description

au0006l-9.4 + Section 3.6: Guided Exercise: Troubleshooting DNS Issues

Says to fix problem by direct editing of /etc/resolv.conf

      BUT

At RHEL 9 you're not supposed to do that. You're supposed to set DNS using a Network Manager utility such as nmcli. Direct editing runs the risk that at next reboot, Network Manager will just overwrite resolv.conf with the wrong config again.

      Steps to reproduce:

      Workaround:
Replace the instruction to directly edit `/etc/resolv.conf` with guidance on using `nmcli` or the NetworkManager GUI to configure DNS settings. Explain how NetworkManager overrides manual changes to `/etc/resolv.conf`.
